Azure 30+♏🏳️🌈 🜬 Enby ISTP Artist/Writer Creole/Cherokee NoAI/ NFTs/Cryto ENG/OK 日本語/学習 中文/学习Hiya y'all, I really love to draw and paint. I'm a fan of retro gaming, Linux, bl, gl, and retro anime. Sometimes my page is 18+, but I keep both adult content and general audience stuff separate. Just so y'all know, harassment and stalking are not welcome here, and I won't tolerate it anymore.I'm just here to have a good time and share my art, The world can be rough, so it's just wonderful to have things to look forward to.♡
I support a fun space and toxic-free fandoms. I just want people to have fun as long as it's not hurting anyone regardless of shipping and characters they enjoy. As for fandom discourse, it's a nuanced topic. I feel that it can't be watered down to just two sides. I realized when I stepped away from all the drama that it's really dumb how the fandom discourse has gotten, and why I've avoided it since then. It's such a first world issue. I will say I'm anti harassment and anti censorship, but that doesn't mean I can't critique fictional works. I don't condone any dark content. That being said, I feel that fantasy was created to explore, heal, and process things so people can move on with their life.Life is hard enough as is, and I don't really have time to worry about trivial things. That's all Imma say on this for now. Good luck and have fun.
Fandoms I'm a part of BERSERK Shenmue Xenosaga/Xenogears Poppy Playtime Silent Hill series Final Fantasy (many of the series 6-15) SailorMoon Hovoverse(Mostly Star Rail and Genshin MXTX N+C ♡
This is a note about cyberstalkers, harassers and other trolls that I think people should be more aware of, going forward, I won't be as accessible online for my own safety and I'll be wary of people that give me a bad vibe from now on. It's wild being stalked for quite a long time I've realized. This is a clear attempt to get a reaction out of me and to bring me down. I've come too far to give up now.In the past, I've received anon hate on Tumblr to unwanted gay porn gifs on Discord being sent to me years back, which is pretty gross. I'm aware that this stuff sadly comes with the territory, but I feel that this goes beyond Internet hate and it feels very personal and unfair. It's not normal and I'm tired of people normalizing this that's very harmful. Now I realize why popular artists and Mangaka have these boundaries because of the very parasocial nature of fans to even exfriends. It makes sense to me now why there's such a boundary to protect both sides.I would appreciate it if people would be respectful of these boundaries, thank you. Please stay safe, and if something isn't right, back out, block, and report. The Internet is supposed to be fun, not a place of stress and I refuse to let these people control me or have any power over me whatsoever. This is my personal space and they're not part of it.
I don't use GenAI/AI to create any of my artworks, videos, or writing even. I was never interested in it. It breaks my heart how much the art community has fallen. It's been very unwelcoming and unfun to be in. Online was never meant to be like this. I've since taken the time offline to focus on taking care of my home, family, and friends because this is ridiculous.I won't give up on what I wanted to do. Art is my passion, and I'll never use someone's art without their permission. I respect other artists and their wishes. It would just be nice if people could hear me out instead of jumping to conclusions.Just because I love technology and Linux, doesn't mean I abuse AI. My stance on AI is that I just don't use it. I don't have an interest in that, and don't get me wrong it can be useful, but it hardly is, and with GenAI it uses so much energy. It hurts the planet, and I can't condone that. I think it's the way I talk that some people don't like which is fine, but I can't help how I talk since I was raised this way to speak politely and be lady like. I can't really help it. I hope in time, people can be more rational when talking about GenAI/AI.
I'm not very active on Bluesky. May just post art and leave at this point, I don't know. It's just not that safe with the research I've done on it. In some ways, it's worse than Twitter/X with the lack of moderation on there. It started nice at first, but the fact that I'm dealing with harassment coming from there mainly, left, and right is not a good thing.Leaving it up to the website's users sounds dangerous, and a lot of misinformation is spread. A lot of the drama I dealt with has mostly been on there. It's pretty ironic since it's supposed to be a fresh Twitter alternative, but looking at how Bluesky and Twitter look, I'm not surprised. They look like Twins. If Imma use any type of microblogging website, I gotta prioritize and pick one. So for now I'm testing out what works and what not. So far, Bluesky wasn't working for me since it's literally cyberstalker central right now, which is pretty predatory...Both Twitter and Bluesky have their pros and cons, but for now, I'm sticking with Mastodon and Cara because that's what works for me. It's a lot safer, besides, I have DeviantArt and Instagram to promote my art, so I'm fine in that area.Maybe someday I'll come back to Bluesky, but for now, I need a break. And I don't appreciate jerks trying to force me to talk, that'll just get a block from me. I'll never speak to them, after everything they've done.I don't care what people call me; they're just getting blocked. The result will be the same no matter how many times they try. It's quite pathetic and laughable. It's embarrassing, and I just rather not talk about it anymore. It's awful to just come at someone in such a rude way. Especially stuff that should be kept private. Not everything should be in the public field, and it was exhausting seeing what was happening on Bluesky that came from Twitter. So, a much needed break has been good. For now, I'll be focusing mostly on my website, but I'll be active on the other websites I mentioned earlier. This is what is working for me, and I'm feeling a lot better about social media overall.
I didn't want to make a blacklist, but every decent professional artist has one. I can't be in fear of creating or writing and sharing my work online. So, I make a blacklist. Here's a [https://azurewhitewind.neocities.org/AzurrysBlacklist] to it here that's on my website, so I can have a boundary because the way things were going for me, mainly on Bluesky wasn't good, I won't tolerate it anymore.Anyone who is just rude, doesn't respect boundaries, and starts harassing me, will be blocked and ignored, end of story.
