I support a fun space and toxic-free fandoms. I just want people to have fun as long as it's not hurting anyone regardless of shipping and characters they enjoy.As for fandom discourse, it's a nuanced topic. I feel that it can't be watered down to just two sides.
I realized when I stepped away from all the drama that it's really dumb how the fandom discourse has gotten, and why I've avoided it since then.It's such a first world issue. I will say I'm anti harassment and anti censorship, but that doesn't mean I can't critique fictional works. I don't condone any dark content.That being said, I feel that fantasy was created to explore, heal, and process things so people can move on with their life.Life is hard enough as is, and I don't really have time to worry about trivial things.
